Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Học cùng GMSS ("we"), operated by CÔNG TY TNHH TƯ VẤN VÀ KẾT NỐI GIÁO DỤC T&K, handles personal data on hoccunggmss.com and our related class community tools. Most of our users are students under 18. We keep only the records needed to manage our own classes, and we use them internally.
1. Data we hold

These records are used for internal class management only. We do not sell personal data, share it for marketing, or show advertising.
2. How we use it
- To run classes: give students access to their courses, grade tests and track progress.
- To let teachers and our academic office support each student and report progress to parents.
- To keep accounts secure and the service working.
3. Who can see it
- Students see their own data.
- Teachers and our academic office see data for the classes they are responsible for.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google (optional sign-in), Discord (class communities, for students who join them), Zalo (messages with parents and class groups).
4. AI processing
We do not send students' personal data to AI services. Our step-by-step tutor iBOT sends only the question a student enters (any school subject, grades 6–12), as text or as a photo of the problem, together with the chosen subject and grade, to Anthropic's Claude API to build a step-by-step lesson, with no name, username or other identifying details. The model is instructed to ignore any personal details it sees in a photo. A question asked to iBOT is a Q&A question like any other: the question, its photo and iBOT's lesson are posted on our Q&A page, visible only to signed-in students and teachers of our center, under the student's nickname or anonymously, so classmates can learn from it and comment; our academic office can hide posts and remove photos. Questions iBOT declines are answered by our teachers. Questions, photos and lessons are deleted together with the student's data.
5. Students under 18
Students are enrolled by their parents or guardians, or enroll in our classes themselves. Accounts are created by our academic office only for enrolled students. There is no public sign-up. A parent or guardian may at any time ask to see, correct or delete their child's data, or to close the account.
6. Retention
We keep account and learning data while the student is enrolled, so teachers can follow progress over the school years. After a student leaves, we delete or anonymize their data on request, and otherwise within 12 months.
7. Your rights
You, or a parent or guardian on behalf of a student, can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data, and can withdraw consent for processing. We respond within the time required by Vietnamese law.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Access for staff is limited by role.
9. Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes, and notify parents of significant changes through our usual class channels.
